You will buzz and you will howl under the influence of heat with this fierce brew of roasted serranos, habaneros, ginger, MUY ajos asados (that's roasted garlic, if you feel like a gringo), and fresh lime. Though more spice-prominent, the flavor that this adds to a wide range of foods (carnitas, chili, michelada, pasta, chowder...) is solid and quite impressive.
